Ethan is a good guy. He loves watching pro football so much that he has decided to major in Sports Management. Unfortunately there aren’t many viable internships in that field, so he has to compromise work opportunities. On the weekends, when he isn’t working, he loves to hang out with his friends and (ingest illegal substances) + drink alcohol while watching the big game. Being raised by a good family supplemented with the desire to attract sexual mates, having a job for the sake of looking productive is important.
Where to find Ethan
summary of motivation
Being aware that Ethan is a “driven” individual, but not necessarily using his career as a correct tool, framing the job will be extremely important. Ethan is motivated by things that he thinks are “correct” life steps. The biggest motivation is acquiring money to fuel the desire of going to bars on the weekend. His attention is easily captured by pretty women, sports, and possibly something to do with working out. Some major turn offs would be that this job is a “misstep” in Ethans life, unless it so easy that he can justify getting paid and still having the mental energy when he returns from work, and having to get a drug test. Targeting Ethan with video ads on Instagram may be the most effective way to get him, as that is where he spends the most time looking at sports meme’s and attractive school mates.
